Common Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Sociale Pro > Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Open Sociale > Profile > Settings (gear icon) > scroll to the bottom > Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data.

How do I connect my social media accounts?

Go to Profile > Settings > Connected Accounts. Add your TikTok or Instagram username and follow the verification steps.

My analysis is stuck or failed

Try submitting the video link again. Make sure the video is public and the link is valid. If the issue persists, contact us.
