1. Acceptance
By using Sociale, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Use of the Service
You must use Sociale in compliance with applicable laws and our policies. You are responsible for your account, its security, and any content you submit for analysis.
3. Account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Some features of Sociale require a paid subscription (Sociale Pro). Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Pricing is displayed in the app before purchase.
5. Content & Intellectual Property
Sociale and its content, branding, and technology are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our materials without written permission. Content you submit for analysis remains yours.
6. AI-Generated Content
Sociale uses AI to generate content ideas, video analysis, and insights. These are suggestions and should not be considered professional advice. We do not guarantee specific results from using AI-generated recommendations.
7. Connected Accounts
When you connect social media accounts to Sociale, you authorize us to access publicly available data from those accounts for growth tracking purposes. You can disconnect accounts at any time from the app settings.
8. Limitation of Liability
Sociale is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Sociale after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.
